With approximately 350 contract vendor partners to work with, CHA SSP
has developed a successful strategy for marketing individual contracts
to CHA SSP members. This strategy includes:

Targeted Mailings - Specialized mailings to all
or selected member types, which include new product/service
announcements and promotional literature.

Special Promotions – Assistance with
development and marketing of special promotions and limited-time
offers.

CHA SSP Sales Staff - On-site member visits
enhance vendor's sales efforts.

Co-Marketing Visits – CHA SSP sales staff are
available on a selective basis for co-marketing visits with vendor
representatives.

Business Planning Sessions – Planning meetings
are held, as needed, to identify key markets (states and member types)
and specific accounts.

CHA SSP Newsletter – Valuable exposure (at no
cost!) through the CHA SSP "PURCHASING POWER" newsletter.

CHA SSP Website – Promote new products/services
and special offers on the CHA SSP website. Link your website to the
CHA SSP website via the CHA SSP contract vendor listing.

Educational Programs – Address key decision
makers within healthcare organizations by facilitating or sponsoring
educational seminars.

Trade Shows – Vendor receives representation
when CHA SSP exhibits at trade shows.
